    Nothing was mentioned about using clips in your hair. I use them a ton and hope they aren’t adding to my loss!?!?!

    Also….are baseball caps an issue? I wore them a lot in years past and also bandanas on a bad hair day or whatever. ??

      Hi Britt, baseball caps and bandanas shouldn’t be an issue, try not to wear them too tight. Also, using clips shouldn’t be an issue either, keeping mindful of making sure you’re not ripping out your strands as you take out your clips! Hope this helps!
