Did you ever dream of having long hair like Rapunzel when you were young? Did you ever wonder what her hair tips and tricks were? Before we begin, it is important to note that hair grows a quarter inch (a half inch max) per month and long hair doesn’t occur overnight. Although growing long hair can be a long process, there are ways to get the long, beautiful locks you’ve always desired with the tips and tricks below.

Getting Your Hair Trimmed is Your Friend

Frequent hair trims are a must if the goal is to have long, healthy hair. The rule of thumb is to take an eighth of an inch off your hair every 10-12 weeks to prevent split ends.

Hair Supplements Put You Ahead of The Game

Supplements are filled with the biotin, folic acid, and vitamins your hair craves. KeraViatin Hair & Scalp Health Supplements promote hair strength and support scalp health. This product ensures that your body is receiving the nutrients it may be missing.

Rinse Hair With Cold Water

Cold water might never be our go-to temperature when in the shower, however, there are plenty of underlying benefits, especially for hair. Lower temperatures can boost the growth process of your hair since it can help prevent moisture loss, snags, and heat damage.

Refrain from Hot Styling Tools

Hot styling tools cause a lot of damage to your hair and can slow down its growth process. If you do use them, use a heat protectant every single time you style.

Growing long hair isn’t easy, but it’s not impossible either. With patience, KeraViatin, and these simple tips, you’ll be feeling like Rapunzel in no time.

I have very thin hair. Back in 2012 I tried Keranique for a month and was amazed that the growth in that short period of time. I couldn’t afford to continue the product so supplemented with Hair, Skin & Nail vitamins. that is nothing out there on the market like Keranique and that smells as good either. I was hoping I could get back to it and then grow hair and stop but this is a life long product due to my thin hair. So, no longer doing the Beauty Brands liter sale but doing Keranique and hope that I can get long hair to middle of my back that looks full and healthy. 🙂
