We’re honoring National Heart Month by finding ways you can help you heart AND your hair health.

Here’s a tip for your hair and you heart: CHILL OUT. We mean it! One of the most common reasons for hair loss in women is a condition called telogen effluvium, which is often caused by stress. Find tips on how to manage stress (that exercise we mentioned last week will help!) and in turn, take steps to improve your heart and hair health.
